Avoid use by any persons with autoimmune diseases, such as lupus erthematosus, multiple sclerosis, HIV/AIDS, collagen disease, tuberculosis or by those hypersensitivity to asteraceae/compositaefamily. Avoid use on children under 2 years of age.

Caution is advised for transplant patients taking immunosuppresive drugs; only short-term therapy is recommended.
